A little about me

Here are Jacin's answers from his brief ‘5 Questions’ interview during our Agent Spotlight:

Why did you choose real estate as a profession?
I've always loved real estate. I grew up as a military brat, and I learned to love change, interior design, and that I have amazing packing skills. My passion and eye for curb appeal, interior design, and home construction has helped me along my real estate journey. My most rewarding work is meeting clients, hearing their stories, and becoming part of their dreams. Whether it's for home ownership, rental income, or commercial projects, I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals.

What has been most challenging about this journey so far?
Let's be real…. The TEST!!

What advice do you give your customers that they probably won’t hear anywhere else?
You may not be able to afford your dream home right now, but you can afford a home where dreams are made! Let’s start there!

What has been the most rewarding part of being an agent?
Getting to work beside an amazing team and watching them help people build their life, wealth, and memories.

What do you believe makes you different from other agents?
My heart is passionate about people and real estate. I strive to make myself better and to help those around me feel seen and understood. I try to find the positive in everything. If this house isn't the one, we can find the one.

Q: Why did you choose real estate as a profession?
A: I am always looking to help people, and Real Estate affords me the privilege of helping others with one of the few major decisions they will make in their lifetime.

Q: What has been most challenging about this journey so far?
A: When they first hear I am a real estate agent, people tend to be on their guard initially because of negative perceptions or bad past experiences they had with other agents. I want to demonstrate to them that I am not their run of the mill agent, but that I am someone who will far exceed their expected norms.

Q: What advice do you give your customers that they probably won’t hear anywhere else?
A: While you want to keep the ball moving and making progress towards your real estate goals, never allow yourself to be pressured into making the wrong decision. Pray before you make your move.

Q: What has been the most rewarding part of being an agent?
A: Personal growth hands down. It is not possible to be a successful agent without living outside your comfort zone.

Q: What do you believe makes you different from other agents?
A:
I am not pushy sales type, I value the relationships above the commission, and my goal is to make a lifetime friend/business partner.
